Steve is the principal in charge of daily operations, project management, project schedules and manpower assignments at Command Commissioning. In addition, Steve is responsible for the quality control procedures for drawings and specifications, peer design reviews and commissioning at the functional and integrated systems level of complex and highly reliable HVAC systems for mission critical facilities.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed professional engineer. His experience includes 25 years of mechanical design, the daily operations of HVAC departments and quality control management. Prior to joining Command Commissioning in 2004, Steve was a project manager for Koegel Associates. While there, he was responsible for mechanical design, project coordination and contract administration for data centers, and highly reliable HVAC systems in the telecommunications industry.
Steve is a member of 7X24 Exchange, the Lonestar Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He also served on the City of Dallas Building Inspections Advisory and Review Board from 1994 to 1999.
