This project is an eight-story, 340,000 SF office building located at the intersection of 19th and M Streets in the central business district of Washington DC. The building was constructed in 1964 and in 2009 completed a major architecture, mechanical, electrical and control system upgrades. The building is LEED CS Platinum certified.

Command Commissioning provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning in the U.S. Green Building Council LEED for Existing Buildings. The redevelopment efforts include LEED certification.
