8th Avenue Place
Located in downtown Calgary, 8th Avenue Place covers nearly an entire city block. It is widely regarded as Calgary’s premier office development site.
The mixed-use development comprises two commercial office towers anchored by a podium with a winter garden, retail, dining and parking. Totaling 1.75 million gross square feet, Phase One comprises the fifty-story office tower, 1.1 million gross square foot Southeast Tower; a two story podium with 58,000 net square feet for retail and restaurants, and ample underground parking for 1,150 cars. Phase Two consists of the thirty-nine story, 815,000 gross square foot Northwest Tower.

Command Commissioning provided USABC LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning. The Phase I building has been pre-certified to Platinum Core and Shell.
