The data center at the corporate HQ fills eight floors and 334,000 SF in the facility. The building is served by a central utility plant. We performed commissioning of the air handling units, fuel system, building automation system, fire alarm/suppression system, new chilled water plant, and electrical systems. We also performed optimization of the raised floor air distribution and chilled water plant. As part of the Continuous CommissioningÆ process we trained the operators and provided specs for the systems. Additionally, our firm has provided the full range of commissioning services to the client on data centers throughout the United States.
