Texas Instuments South Campus Renovation

Command Commissioning was retained by Texas Instruments to provide commissioning services for the South Campus Renovation Project located in Dallas, Texas.
Our team was responsible for commissioning the mechanical, electrical branch circuits, lighting controls and compressed dry air systems for the associated labs. Development of a commissioning plan with project specific Pre-Functional Checklists (PFCs) and Functional Performance Tests (FPTs). Over-site for the contractor’s implementation of the functional performance tests to verify that the installation and operation of the mechanical, CDA and lighting control systems met the owner’s expectations and design criteria and documentation and review of the project submittals.
