Sean Green, CxA
REGIONAL MANAGER (GULF COAST)
Sean Green is the Gulf Coast Regional Manager at Command Commissioning. His responsibilities include pre-functional verification, functional testing, project reporting, and project quality control.
Sean has a great amount of knowledge in control systems installation, start-up, and operation, as well as that of mechanical systems and project management experience. With his technical knowledge of such systems, he can accurately and professionally create test scripts that fully verify the operating parameters of todayís complex systems as well as complete functional testing of many different systems. His experience in controls project management has provided the understanding necessary to conduct and manage the commissioning process in such a manner that it does not hinder the project schedule.
Prior to joining the Command Commissioning team in 2014, Sean worked for Siemens Building Technologies for 6 years where he started out as a Systems Specialist doing controls startup. He then went on to become an Engineering Specialist where he was still responsible for controls startup as the lead technician but also took on a project management role where he managed every aspect of projects fewer than 150K dollars from scheduling manpower to writing change orders. These projects included new, renovation, and retrofit installations in hospitals, office buildings, research lab facilities, and schools. Just before joining Command Commissioning, he finished his time with Siemens as a Sales Executive where he was responsible for estimating and writing proposals for controls projects as well as securing the PO and booking the project.
