Description
The two-story, 56,000 SQFT administration building was built by the Department of Homeland Security as a Citizenship and Immigration Services building. This is a regional facility and the executives that work out the office have management responsibility throughout Texas.
Command Commissioning provided LEED Commissioning services of the MEP and Controls systems of the facility. Commissioning services included design phase review of the OPR and BOD. Construction phase commissioning including Test and Balance verification, issues log tracking and closeout, and development of the final commissioning report.
